Standard rates are 150$ per 50 minute session (the last 10 minutes of the hour are dedicated to maintaining your notes and health record). I am not in network with any insurance providers, but can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company should you want to receive out of network reimbursement for my services.
I accept electronic payments via credit or debit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Cards are processed using a HIPAA compliant processor which you can access through the client portal once you are set up as a client.
If you are unable to attend a session please make sure you notify me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
Occasionally, part of my work involves attending meetings, filling out forms, writing letters, or collaborating with other professionals on client's behalf if I am asked. Due to the time that it takes for me to do this, I may charge $50 per hour of out-of-session work. I do not charge for anything that takes less than half an hour. Please note, I do not do any legal or court related appearances or paperwork. If this is something you require, I can help you find a therapist familiar with this type of content.
