Payment Options
Insurance
I am in network with the following insurers, meaning you may be able to use your health insurance to pay for some or all of your session costs:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Healthcare
Please note that if using insurance, you will still be responsible for paying any copays, coinsurances, or the full session rate until deductibles are met. For any questions regarding using your insurance to pay for sessions, please reach out to your insurance company to assure you understand and consent fully to your benefits.
Self Pay
Self-pay rates are as follows:
- Individual Session: $150
If you do not see your insurance provider listed in the section above, you may pay for your session via credit card.
If you choose to pay cash for your sessions, I can offer a document called a superbill at your request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan allows for this. To see if you have out-of-network benefits, please reach out to your insurance company!
All payments including copays and coinsurance are accepted electronically via all major credit or debit cards.
