My session rates are as follows:
- Individual Session: $150
- Couples/Family Session: $180
Payment
Insurance
I am in network with the following insurers, meaning you may be able to use your health insurance to pay for some or all of your session costs:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Please note that if using insurance, you will still be responsible for paying any copays, coinsurances, or the full session rate until deductibles are met. For any questions regarding using your insurance to pay for sessions, please reach out to your insurance company to assure you understand and consent fully to your benefits.
Self Pay
If you do not see your insurance provider listed, you have two options for session payment:
- Out of pocket payment of rate above
- Out-of-network reimbursement; some insurance plans offer some coverage if you see a provider that is not in network with your insurance provider. In this scenario, I can offer a document called a superbill at your request to submit to your insruance company for reimbursement. To see if you have out-of-network benefits, please reach out to your insurance company!
Additionally, all payments including copays and coinsurance are accepted electronically via all major credit or debit cards.
